Luminous PDF Converter

Overview

Luminous PDF Converter is designed for converting images to PDF, scanning documents, printing files, resizing images, merging PDFs and using related file tools. The app does not require a login, password or user profile.

Most document work happens locally on your device. We do not operate a backend server for storing user accounts, uploaded documents or document history.

Files and Documents

Files, PDFs, images and scans that you choose inside the app are used to perform the tool action you request. Generated files may be saved locally on your device so you can open, share or print them.

We do not intentionally collect, upload, sell or share the contents of your selected files, scans or generated PDFs.

Permissions

• Camera access is used when you scan documents or capture images.
• File and media access is used when you select documents or images for conversion.
• Advertising ID may be used by Google AdMob for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads to non-Pro users. Google and its partners may collect or receive device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics and ad interaction data depending on the ad request and the user's device settings.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you watch a rewarded ad, the app may grant one-time access to a Pro tool on that device.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Pro subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. The app may store a local entitlement record on your device so it can unlock Pro access after a purchase or restore.

Data Sharing

We may rely on third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing. These services process data according to their own policies and are used for ads, payment processing, subscription management, analytics related to ads and fraud prevention.

Children

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue.

Retention and Deletion

User-created documents remain on the user's device unless the user deletes them. Local app records, such as onboarding status, Pro entitlement status and rewarded ad unlocks, may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
